At Elena Creaciones, each product is carefully handcrafted with love and attention to detail. Because of the nature of our products, please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns & Refunds

We accept returns or issue refunds only under the following circumstances:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • The product is defective
  • You received the wrong item

If any of the above apply, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Due to hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, the following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Used or burned candles
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Workshop or event bookings

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Once approved, we may offer:

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (if applicable), unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
