Returns & Refunds
We accept returns or issue refunds only under the following circumstances:
- The product arrives damaged
- The product is defective
- You received the wrong item
If any of the above apply, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Due to hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, the following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
- Used or burned candles
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Workshop or event bookings
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at:
Include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
Once approved, we may offer:
- A replacement of the same item, or
- A refund to the original payment method
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (if applicable), unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
