5. Workshops, Events & Candle Buffets
Booking & Payment
- Full payment is required to confirm workshop or event reservations
- All workshop and event sales are final and non-refundable
Cancellations
- Elena Creaciones reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances
- In such cases, customers will be offered a rescheduled date or store credit
Liability Waiver
By participating in workshops or events, you acknowledge and accept that:
- Candle making involves heat, wax, fragrance oils, and tools
- Participation is at your own risk
- Elena Creaciones is not responsible for injuries, allergic reactions, or damages resulting from participation
